CELEBRATE SUMMER AT THE CALVERT MARINE MUSEUM

The Calvert Marine Museum is planning to Celebrate Summer on June 21, the Summer Solstice and the official start to this most welcome season.
We’re offering all the great summer activities you remember as a child but your own kids never seem to have the time to enjoy. Remember making a bamboo fishing pole, catching minnows, catching crabs with a chicken neck tied to a string, seeing pictures in the clouds, having picnics? All this and more is part of our Celebrate Summer. Let’s bring kids outside to get more involved with the natural world around them.
All activities free with regular museum admission. Saturday, June 21, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. open to all ages.
