LEARN JAPANESE ART OF ORIGAMI AT CMM

Join Tess Van Orden on Saturday, December 16, from noon – 2:00 p.m. at the Calvert Marine Museum as she demonstrates and teaches the Japanese art of Origami.  Admission is free and open to the public.

Tess has developed a scholarship program called “Aspire to Science” where she makes and sells Origami lapel pins for $5.  Proceeds from the sale of the pins benefit children who need financial assistance to attend the museum’s Young Salts or Young Buccaneers camp program.
