THE CALVERT MARINE MUSEUM GOES GREEN
Feb 27, 2008, 19:40
As part of the museum’s focus on stewardship of the environment, Sandy Neville will present Green Kitchens on Thursday, April 17, at 7:00 p.m. Whether you are a homeowner considering a modest remodeling project, an architect, or a builder, this session will be of interest to you. Sandy will discuss a wide variety of ways one can make more sustainable choices when it comes to designing and functioning in a kitchen and other related rooms in the home. She will review the many ‘green’ options available on the market, and discuss how you can evaluate the pros and cons of each. The presentation will take place in the museum auditorium, and is free and open to the public.
Sandy Neville has a background in Interior Design, Kitchen and Bath Design, and Architecture. She is the owner of Building Connections, a business which taps her knowledge and experience with her passion for healthy sustainable living.
